    This holiday gem has been in my family for 14 years. It overlooks the Dyfi Estuary and minutes from Aberdovey town and beach. From the Midlands it is only a 2 1/2 hour drive away so good for weekend breaks too. There is also the railway station Penhelig which goes straight to Birmingham, New Street. It has a tenancy of 10 months a year and is freehold, can be rented for the holidays too. It comes with 2 reasonable bedrooms and recently fitted kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The road to the chalet park named , Plas Panteidal holiday chalets is quite a windy and steep road but the views are beautiful. As you can see in the photo we have a steep but short path to the chalet. The chalet would suit a family or people who enjoy walking, water sport holidays. But if you have someone who is disabled or with a back problem the access to the chalet is quite difficult unfortunately. The nearest town is Aberdovey with nice shops including a chemist, coffee shops, cloth shops, souvenir and a convenience store. A couple of miles after Aberdovey there is Tywyn which has a large supermarket and the continued beach from Aberdovey. It is also round the coast from Barmouth too. The beach Is very long and suitable for dogs all year round aprart from the top beach in peak season. There is a harbour and great for crab fishing or taking out a boat. I am only selling this for personal reasons and I would accept sensible offers, please NO TIME WASTERS.
