We're scaling up a global brand for cool home, living and lifestyle products, and inspiration. Social is a key and powerful part of how we communicate with, engage, and understand our customers.
Your job will be to grow our audiences across Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook to over 500K people within the next 12 months whilst achieving best in class engagement rates and driving traffic, downloads and orders to Mineheart!. How you achieve this will be up to you.
We've acquired over 15k followers on Instagram with increasing engagement rates largely as a result of paid marketing and increasingly through influencer collabs.

This highly entrepreneurial role will evolve but to give you a flavor here's what you should expect to be working on:
--You'll lead on our owned social media strategy as well as managing our accounts on Instagram,
Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and Linkedin
--Plan, create, write copy, schedule, and publish social posts for daily content across Mineheart!
social media accounts manage and maintain scheduling and planning for all post types (incl.
video, stories, competitions etc)
--Work with our marketing and sales team to plan and execute awesome brand and artist
collaborations that deliver great engagement and awareness as well as drive sales to Mineheart!
--Work with the designers and photography team to brief and source socially optimized images
and content that our audiences will love
--You'll be using tools to track, report and understand what content works best to hit our audience,
engagement and ROI goals
--Building our relationships with the key social platforms: Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok,
--Running all paid Facebook and Instagram paid marketing - from top of funnel awareness
campaigns to developing innovative X-sell campaigns to purchasers.
--Optimize and grow our FB marketing - continually learning and experimenting with creative, bids
and audiences to achieve growth and ROAS improvements
--Develop and launch new paid social campaigns on Pinterest, Snapchat and Twitter to increase
the reach of Mineheart!
--You'll be working closely with our marketing and design teams to understand what creative,
products, and messaging resonate with customers and drives results.
--Input into product and merchandising roadmaps to help improve activation, conversion and

Social media manager experience/skills: - To be considered for the role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
First and foremost you've got a passion for Mineehart products we sell, shopping and social media.
You're super ambitious and have a strong bias towards results.
--You've got 3+ years working in a social media, publishing or audience development role in
consumer-focused brand or media company that has a great social following, ideally in home and
--or you've built your own large (200k+) highly engaged audience on Instagram in the home and
--You've got a great track record in building and engaging large social audiences
--You're a great writer and have experience creating compelling copy, video and imagery for social
--You've got a passion for the home, living and decor space and are obsessively following home
--You're commercial and have an understanding of the broader role social plays in digital
marketing and brand building
--You're not afraid of ambitious targets and can handle juggling a large number of tasks and
projects at one time
--You've got experience working in paid social marketing in a rapidly growing eCommerce business
--You've got strong experience in dynamic product advertising and are keen to work to use the FB
Ads API to improve performance
--You've been running performance marketing campaigns on Facebook with a demonstrated ability
to grow and optimise them at scale
--You're an expert on briefing and evaluating creative across the whole awareness funnel and
understand how to iteratively test creative executions
--You love data, reporting and analysis and are comfortable in spreadsheets and understand
concepts such as LTV, CAC and delayed conversion
--You understand "The Growth Process" and are systematic in testing, learning and running
experiments with statistical rigour
--You're empathetic and understand what makes customer's tick
