Antique Spindle Back Leather Chaise Longue Sofa/ DaybedThis beautiful Chaise Longue is I believe it to be typical of the Edwardian period (circa 1900-1910). It was reupholstered in the black leather and re-stuffed with horse hair back in the early 80's and is in need of a little TLC to bring out its beauty. It is a beautiful piece of traditional furniture and would suit a grand period property or indeed a modern house as mine is now. Alternatively would be great in the window of a boutique, hotel or salon.Antique leather Chaise Longue. Mahogany chaise longue with turned spindle back, carved scrolled arm with sprung seat on turned legs (castors missing). Condition: Good solid condition, some age and wear to the leather and wood and in need of a bit of tic but nothing that spoils the beauty of this stunning piece of furniture. The exact same model is being sold on Etsy (recovered in a different fabric) for £1995.Ideally it should be collected, but for a serious buyer I could look into a man with a van to get it delivered.
